To qualify for a review by the JMA industry panel, this form must be completed.  
    Information/Guidelines: 
    This recognition is for all genres
    There are never any fees to submit to the JMAs This is a monthly recognition so one song will be selected each month.
     Only MP3s will be accepted
    Submitted songs must be fully completed, mixed, and mastered
    Songs must be submitted by artists or songwriters on the song
    Songs only need to be submitted once & can be submitted anytime
    Songs not selected on one specific week will be reviewed again in weeks to follow
    ANY SONG YOU SUBMIT MUST BE COPYRIGHTED & PROTECTED (as they can get airplay features)

NOTE:  This is not a competition between songs.  All songs will be reviewed by our industry leader panel on its own merit for the Monthly Song Recognition Program.  Songs only need to be submitted once. 

What you get:
  • Each monthly winner will have their song featured on the next live Josie Show after their win (Josie Show is heard globally to a huge audience and also aired on iHeartRadio, Spotify, iTunes, and more)   *Note: on location shows excluded
  • Each monthly winner will be listed on the JMA website (heavy traffic website).  Monthly selections will remain on the website until that season's JMA Events have concluded. 
  • Each monthly winner will receive a certificate for their achievement to display or use in their portfolio
  • Monthly song winners will automatically be reviewed in the 2023 Josie Music Awards nomination review process. 
  • Songs that have already won a JMA in the categories of Song of the Year and/or Single of the Year are not eligible for this Monthly Song Recognition Program. 
  • All monthly winning songs will have a feature in IndiesVoice Magazine.
