The Josie Network of Brands holds all the right to professional photos that were taken at some or all of our events during the Josie Show Weekend and Award Show Event. Professional photographers (contracted or uncontracted) that were approved by The Josie Network/Josie Music Awards to photograph our events give full copyrights to The Josie Network of Brands to be used as our company deems fit. These photographers may not blur out backgrounds or alter photos to use them for personal use or use in their business for monetary or non-monetary gain. All photos must be released to The Josie Network/Josie Music Awards (not directly to those in the photos), the photos we use or share will be at our full digression. If you are featured in a photo and would like to use that photo for more than basic download /personal use, then you can write to josiemusicawards@gmail.com for permissions. All photos taken by attendees at the JMA's give automatic usage rights to The Josie Music Awards and all of its brands with no payment or royalties to the person who has taken the photographs.
